Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

Medusa Allure is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, Medusa Allure is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping

International shipping availability and delivery times may vary by location. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
